Out of respect for staff and waiting clients, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Under 24 Hours: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled waxing service. No-Show: Failure to arrive without notice results in a 100% charge. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show to avoid delaying the next client.
